How was your day? I've just read my previous post. A lot of typo here and there. Sigh. Might be sleeping while I'm typing, I guess. Wanted to correct all the mistakes that I've did but nawh. Im too frigging lazy for that. Currently on my semester break. Baru nak bernafas, guess what? Semester break will ends in a few days laaaa. Will bo on my seventh semester next week.
Ramadhan is just around the corner. I am so excited about it. How could you not? So the reason I am writing today is to discuss acewah kau macam essay sekolah. Haha. No nothing much actually. Now lets see what I am about to write.
ARE YOU A FUSSY CUSTOMERS?
Tonnes of customer's attitudes.
1. No greetings.
some of the customer does not greet. For example 'nak beli yang ni and nak acc no'. As for me, it was not a big deal. As I am okay with it. But to some seller they might consider your approach as rude. At least they wanted you say hi, good morning or as a muslim we say Assalamualaikkum. We surely know (sometimes) whether the seller is a muslim or non muslim from their post.
2. Impatience customers.
What makes you to be that kind of customers? You whatsApp the seller, no responds from the seller (after a few minutes) and you keep on saying hello, hello. Give the seller a break, they are also a human being, they need to eat, shower, and etc.. Be patience.
3. Rude Customers
You must understand, you are dealing with human being. Not a robot. Don't be rude. It will gives you nothing. Might ending up with a fight.
4. Too much discount kind of customers
Sigh. Sometimes it's funny to encounter this kind of customers yet it could be really irritating. It's okay to ask for a discount but hey, look at the situation first. For example if the seller is having sales, you might wanna reconsider on asking for a discount. Surely they have a cheaper price compared to the normal price. Do not gives a stupid reason for example; I do not have enough budget, I have financial problem or worst is both of us is malay, takkan takde discount. Sigh. The seller, cari makan juga, if no profit, macam mana nak survive. Right?
A little tips for the customers.
1. SSM number.
I would recommend you guys to buy or do your on-line shopping with the seller who has SSM no. As it is more safe. I am not saying those who has not have their SSM no is a scam seller but you might wanna take your safety step as nowadays there is a lot of buyers had been cheated buy the seller.
2. Instagram/blog/facebook walking
What is that? If you wanna find something (on-line) do make some research about the price. Do a comparison with others on-line shop. You do not want to regret later when you see another's shop has a lot cheaper price than what you had buy.
3.
I don't know why but some of you out there, is just too lazy to read the caption and worst come to worst you even lazy to read the things on the advertisement's poster. To make it fast and easy. You better read what had the seller said about the item in the caption.
4. Do not Spam.
I believe that 90% of the sellers reply their customer's WhatsApp accordingly.(ikut turn) So if you keep on texting them, yours surely will have a late respond as your number has been up from the list. So be patience!
Happy shopping,
