Okay . Yesterday I have to play against irritating crisis . But I wont note down here . Nanti ingat atau baca post ni balik tak syiookk ahh . I just wanna make simple closing stages .
Wanna give an advice for someone ? Or you wish to encourage someone ? Use a tactic which they can accept your recommendation . Usually we have a warm talk to give an advice . We had a nice conversation . That one okey lah . Many people would understand but some of them will turn it down . Alah manusia . Standard . Just some of them that will agree with your counsel . Next step that most people think it will works but true is it is not is when YOU UNDERESTIMATE SOMEONE . Okay maybe when people told you this "you are brainless" your heart begin to say "naa'ah . I'll prove you that I am the mastermind" . That one is good cause you consent the challenge . Keep in mind , not everyone will take this as a postive thing . On the other words you might make them feel dejected . So pleasee , steer clear of using this method . Can incite people into skirmish . And both of you can become a foe . You solely want to help but the way you approach them is off beam . It could be that the one that you wanna encourage is easily upset . So avoid using this harsh words when advicing them . Use a well-mannered language . Get it ? This is my estimation . I am not teaching you on how to manage someone . I am not acting brainy because I am clumsy :) People have emotion and sensitivity . So let us not make them abhorrence us . Be nice to everyone :D
